-A University student reported on Nov. 28 that her roommate threatened her with physical harm in Providence House.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 28 for smoking marijuana in Tilberg House.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Nov. 28 in Brooklyn House for underage drinking and possession of alcohol.
-A University staff member reported on Nov. 29 that she received a call from a former University student who asked to speak to a professor and upon hearing that the professor was not available, the caller made verbal threats against her.
-A University student reported on Nov. 30 that she parked her vehicle in parking field 7 and returned to discover that the driver’s side mirror was smashed.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Nov. 30 for possession of drug paraphernalia in Suffolk Hall.
-A University student reported on Nov. 30 that she parked her vehicle near Enterprise Hall and returned to find that the rear tire was missing.
-A University student reported on Nov. 30 that while studying on the seventh floor of the library, she left her laptop unattended for a few minutes and returned to find it was missing.
-A University student reported on Nov. 30 that while she was in the athletic trainer’s office in Margiotta Hall, she left her purse unattended and later during the day she discovered that her Commerce Bank ATM card had been taken and $200 had been deducted from her account.
-A University student reported on Dec. 1 that she parked her vehicle near Constitution Hall and returned to find the spare tire missing from the rear of the vehicle.
-A University visitor in Constitution Hall reported on Dec. 1 that she fell asleep in the lounge on the thirteenth floor and awoke to find her purse was missing.
-A University student reported on Dec. 1 that he parked his vehicle near Colonial Square West and returned to find that the spare tire on the rear of his vehicle had been stolen.
-A University visitor reported on Dec. 1 that he parked his vehicle in the parking lot of Hagedorn Hall while he was in the stadium. He returned to find that all four tires on his vehicle had been slashed.
-A University student reported on Dec. 2 that while he was walking back to campus from Dizzy Lizard’s, he and a friend engaged in an argument with a non-student that ended in the student being punched in the face and his cell phone stolen before returning to his room in Constitution Hall.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Dec. 2 for marijuana in Republic Hall after a Public Safety officer responded to the odor and found two fans blowing and a towel jammed under the door.
-Seven University students were issued summonses on Dec. 2 for underage drinking and possession of alcohol in Alliance Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Dec. 2 for underage drinking and possession of alcohol in Twin Oaks.
-A University student was issued a summons on Dec. 3 for possession of alcohol in Jamestown House.
-A University student was issued a summons on Dec. 3 for disruptive action after Public Safety responded for the second time to a room in Twin Oaks.
-A University student was issued a summons on Dec. 3 for possession of alcohol in Leiden House. When confronted, the resident was verbally abusive to the Public Safety officers.
-A University student was issued a summons on Dec. 3 after another student with whom she had an argument with earlier in the evening reported that she had seen the woman kicking the side of her vehicle. The student who was vandalizing the vehicle was arrested and charged with criminal mischief.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Dec. 3 for verbally abusing the RSR on duty at Twin Oaks.
-A non-student, Mattthew Rammelkamp, 22, of Miller Place, N.Y., was banned from campus on Dec. 4 for soliciting unauthorized fliers.
-A University administrator reported on Dec. 4 that she left her PDA on her desk and returned to find it missing.
-A University student reported on Dec. 5 that early in the morning she received sexually harassing phone calls from an unidentified person in Cambridge House.
-A University student was issued a summons on Dec. 5 for parking in a handicap parking space in parking field 2B with a Nassau County Handicap Sticker that had expired in 2004. The vehicle was towed and the permit was confiscated.
-A University student was issued a summons on Dec. 4 for possession of marijuana in Alliance Hall.
