-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 24 for copyright infringement in Plymouth house.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 24 in Nassau Hall for copyright infringement.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 24 in Constitution Hall for copyright infringement.
-A University student reported on Oct. 24 that her ex-boyfriend repeatedly called and instant messaged her in a harassing manner. Rodger Mole of Cincinatti, Ohio, was banned from campus.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 24 for sexually assaulting a female.
-A Lackmann employee reported on Oct. 25 that her purse was stolen from under a cash register.
-Three University students were issued summonses and Alberto Cruise, 22, of Jamaica, N.Y., Jerome Furman, 20, of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Andy Nunez, 19, of New York, N.Y., were banned from campus on Oct. 26 after they were observed inside CV Starr Hall after midnight handing out fliers.
-A University student reported receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown female on Oct. 26.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 27 for marijuana in Suffolk Hall.
-Two University students were issued summonses for alcohol on Oct. 27 in Estabrook Hall.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 27 in Portsmouth House for the actions of their guest.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 27 in Suffolk Hall for failure to comply with Public Safety after a noise complaint.
-An underage University student was issued a summons on Oct. 27 as he came through the main gate carrying alcohol.
-A University staff member at Adams Playhouse reported on Oct. 27 that the fire hose nozzle was missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 28 in Jamestown House for punching a hole in the wall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 28 for hosting a noisy party with underage drinking in Suffolk Hall.
-A University student reported on Oct. 28 that her vehicle was parked near Estabrook Hall and when she returned to her car, some CD’s and an iPod were missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 29 for possession of someone else’s ID card and for loud noise.
-Three University students were issued summonses in Twin Oaks for alcohol on Oct. 29.

-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 29 for alcohol in Rotterdam House.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 29 for recklessly driving at a high speed on the north side of campus.
-Three University students were issued summonses on Oct. 29 for violation of the ID policy at Dutch Treats.
-Four University students were issued summonses on Oct. 29 for drugs in Enterprise Hall.
-A University student reported on Oct. 30 that her ex-boyfriend harassed her in the parking lot of Breslin Hall. William Miur, 25, of Hicksville, NY was banned from campus.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 31 for climbing over the fence on Oak Street.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 31 in Rensselier House for disruptive behavior.
-Two University students were issued summonses for the actions of their guests on Oct. 28. Wesley Matthews, 20, of Valley Stream, was arrested, Michael Mason, 21, of Elmhearst, N.Y., and David Buckner, 22, of Jamaica, N.Y., were banned from campus after knocking on doors under the name of public safety and forcing open the door to a room in Enterprise Hall.
