-A University student reported on Oct. 17 that she returned to her room in Constitution Hall to find her Apple laptop had been stolen.
-Five University students were issued summonses on Oct. 17 in Gronigen House for smoking marijuana.
-A University student reported on Oct. 18 in New Complex that she had been receiving threatening e-mails from an ex-boyfriend, who was then banned from campus for aggravated harassment.
-A University resident assistant in Gronigen House reported on Oct. 18 that, because of a previous incident in which students were issued summonses for smoking marijuana, another student was accused and threatened on Facebook.com for allegedly reporting the students. The incident was referred to the Dean of Students office.
-Two University students received summonses on Oct. 18 in Nassau and Estabrook Halls, respectively, for violation of copyright law after illegally downloading movies.
-A University bookstore employee reported on Oct. 18 that three males exited with a backpack full of stolen books. Two of the suspects, non-students Jerome Pierce, 41, and Alfred Green, 34, both from Brooklyn, N.Y., were apprehended, arrested and banned from campus after they were found with 11 books that totaled $1,212.
-A University student reported on Oct. 19 in Estabrook Hall that she had been receiving numerous sexual phone calls from an unidentified male caller.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 19 for underage drinking in Liberty Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons in Amsterdam House on Oct. 19 for underage drinking after public safety officials found him lying in the hallway.
-A University student reported parking his vehicle on Oct. 19 in parking field 6A and returned to find an amplifier and two speakers missing from the rear of his vehicle, which was not forced open.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 20 in Twin Oaks for public lewdness after he was found urinating on the side of the building.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 20 in Suffolk Hall for drug paraphernalia.
-Eight University students were issued summonses on Oct. 20 for underage drinking in the bird sanctuary on the north side of campus.
-Five University students were issued summonses on Oct. 21 after they were found in possession of a pipe and smoking marijuana in a vehicle in the east parking lot of Enterprise Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 21 for smoking marijuana in his room in Twin Oaks.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 22 for underage drinking in Delft House.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 22 in Norwich House after admitting that they allowed three male students to illegally enter the building and left them unattended to vomit in the bathroom from overindulging in alcohol, during which time the males supposedly stole two iPods, a camera and one student’s roommate’s laptop.
-A University administrator reported on Oct. 23 that a laptop was taken from a classroom in the law school.
-A University student was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and smoking in the room on Constitution Hall on Oct. 23.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 23 for possession of drug paraphernalia in Orange House.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 24 for possession of drug paraphernalia after they were found smoking a hookah in their room in Dover House.
