-A University student received a summons on Oct. 1 after kicking the exterior door of the booth in Colonial Square East.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 2 after a pellet gun was found during a routine Health and Safety inspection in Salem House.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 2 in Twin Oaks for stealing 5 DVDs from her roommate.
-A plant department supervisor reported on Oct. 4 that there was broken glass in the interior door to Providence House caused by a pellet gun.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 4 after engaging in a physical altercation in the cafeteria of the Netherlands.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 5 for harassing via telephone and email two female students he was dating after they confronted him.
-A University student reported on Oct. 6 that he was harassed by two female students who confronted him.
-Three University students were issued summonses for underage drinking on Oct. 6 in Portsmouth House.
-Two University students were issued summonses after a University bus driver observed them a sitting in a construction vehicle on Oct. 6 at the site of the new residence hall on the North Campus.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 6 after striking another student’s stationary vehicle, ignoring her confrontation by attesting he had no identification, and leaving the scene of the accident to attend a class in Breslin Hall. Public safety officers located the student and removed him from class back to the site of the accident.
-Five University students were issued summonses on Oct. 7 in Nassau Hall for underage drinking.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 7 after attempting to vandalize a tire on a public safety vehicle outside Nassau/Suffolk Hall, refusing to present identification to the officer, and verbally abusing him. The student refused the summons and the matter was referred to the Dean of Students office.
-A University student was issued a summons for underage drinking on Oct. 7 in Gronigen House.
-Six university students were issued appearance summonses on Oct. 7 for disruptive action and failure to comply after repeatedly ignoring requests to quiet down.
-Four University students were issued summonses on Oct. 7 for drinking beer and acting in a disorderly manner in Weed Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 8 in Vander Poel Hall after repeatedly ignoring the knocks of a public safety officer who smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from the room. When the officer keyed in, the odor was gone, but the resident was present and began to verbally abuse the officer.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 8 in Norwich House for underage drinking.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 8 in Rotterdam House for underage drinking.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 8 in Leiden House for underage drinking.
-A University student working as a resident safety representative was issued a summons on Oct. 8 for harassment and suspended from his position after a resident of Bill of Rights Hall reported the RSR making lewd and inappropriate comments to her each time she entered the building.
