-A University student reported that she left her wallet in a room in Memorial Hall and upon returning the next day, the wallet was missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on Sept. 21 for disruptive conduct and harassment of a staff member at Hagedorn Hall.
-A University student reported her cell phone missing after leaving it in the lounge area of Bill of Rights Hall on Sept 24.
-Evan McOnnon of Richfield, Conn., was banned from campus for acting out in the Dean of Students office after he went there to discuss his suspension, which was upheld, on Sept. 25.
-A University student reported on Sept. 25 that his roommate physically threatened him in Colonial Square West. The conflict was referred to Residential Life.
-A University student was issued a summons on Sept. 25 in Twin Oaks for possession of a pipe.
-A University student was issued a summons on Sept. 26 for illegally downloading materials off the Internet.
-A University student reported leaving her/his car off California Avenue on Sept. 26 and it was subsequently struck on the side and bumper by another vehicle.
-A University student was issued a summons for harassment of another student over a past relationship on Sept. 26 in Vander Poel Hall.
-A University student reported that on Sept. 26 in the Colonial Square roadway, someone removed the hood ornament from her vehicle.
-Non-students Jean Bellfort, Christopher Bellamy, Greg Perry, Fred Calhoun, Lionel Bernard and Gellan Thermaldor of New York were banned from campus on Sept. 27 for passing out fliers in Bill of Rights Hall. The University student of whom the men were guests was issued an appearance summons for their actions.
-A University student was issued a summons for harassment on Sept. 27 in Leiden House.
-A University student reported that she parked her vehicle in the handicapped section outside the Student Center and when she returned on Sept. 27 the rear window was broken.
-A University student reported on Sept. 27 that there was a rodent in her room in Bill of Rights Hall. Public safety responded until the exterminator arrived on the scene.
-A public safety officer reported finding graffiti in an elevator in Estabrook Hall on Sept. 29 reading “You will die in this elevator. If you erase this you will really die.”
-Four University students were issued appearance summonses on Sept. 29 for alcohol in Portsmouth House.
-Two University students were issued summonses for possession of alcohol, a pellet gun and a bong on Sept. 29 in Hempstead House.
-A University student was arrested in Hempstead for criminal possession of a weapon third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest after carrying around an assault rifle and fleeing the police.
-A University student was issued a summons on Sept. 30 for alcohol in Twin Oaks.
-Four University students were issued summonses for alcohol and four were issued summonses for violation of the ID policy on Sept. 30 at a party in Nassau Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Sept. 30 in Twin Oaks after he was observed masturbating at the window.
-A University student reported on Sept. 30 that while going between her friend’s room in Nassau Hall and her own room, her HUID, room key and license went missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on Oct. 1 after breaking the door at the Colonial Square West booth.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Oct. 1 in Salem house for possessing a pellet gun.
-A University assistant coach reported that a new Apple computer was taken from room 252 of the Physical Fitness Center on Oct 3.
