A University student reported on May 3 that in Republic Hall, when she returned to her room to pick up an envelope that contained $150, she discovered that it was missing.
A University student was issued a summons on May 4 after driving a yellow motorcycle recklessly, doing wheelies and burnouts in the alleyway between Adams Playhouse and Dempster Hall.
A University student was issued a summons on May 5 after refusing to swipe his HUID and verbally abusing the on duty officer at the Oak Street entrance gate.
A University student reported on May 5 that while he was sleeping in his room in Alliance Hall, his laptop computer was stolen from his room.
A University student was issued a summons on May 5 in Nassau/Suffolk Hall after entering the building without presenting her HUID.
A University student was issued a summons on May 5 near Estabrook Hall for refusing to leave the vehicle of a female student and let her leave while he was intoxicated.
A University student reported on May 6 that he parked his vehicle in parking field 7 and upon his return, found that the passenger side window was smashed and there were two rocks located on the floor on the driver’s side.
A University student was issued a summons on May 8 after vandalizing the vending machine in the vestibule on the south side of the unispan outside the Hammer Lab with a fire extinguisher. The student was found intoxicated, standing next to the vending machine with a bleeding hand, but insisted that he did not break the glass, implicating a friend, another University student.
The Director of the Health Center reported that she was informed that one of her prescription pads had been stolen on May 8 and someone forged her name and attempted to purchase Vicodin at a pharmacy in East Hempstead. An investigation is continuing to identify the individual.
A University student reported on May 8 that her former boyfriend, Jeffrey Mello, a non-student who has been banned from campus, had been harassing her and that she fears for her safety.
A University student reported on May 9 that his roommate attempted to punch him and scratch his neck, and on another occasion stunned him with a stun-gun.
A University student reported that David Figueroa, who has been banned from campus, had been harassing her via the telephone.
Two University students were issued a summons on May 9 in 7 Manor, Twin Oaks for disruptive behavior. Two non-students were banned from campus.
A University student was issued a second appearance summons after verbally abusing the Resident Assistant in 7 Manor Twin Oaks after she reported her disruptive behavior, which led to a summons.
