Two University students were issued summonses on March 14 in Constitution Hall after a verbal altercation escalated into a physical altercation.

Non-student Alexander Lee Cohen, 25, was banned from campus for driving in a reckless manner. He was stopped by a public safety officer on March 16 and then engaged in a physical altercation with the officer.
A public safety officer observed a vehicle driving on campus in a suspicious manner on March 16. When confronted the men had no reason for being on campus. Non-students Mario Martinez, 20, Alan Lopez, 17, William Henking, 17, and Sampson Agbaje, 17, were banned from campus.
A University student was issued a summons for the actions of her guest. Non-student Corey Gibson was banned from campus for trying to use the student’s ID to enter campus on March 17.
Five University students were issued summonses on March 17 in Nassau Hall for possession of marijuana and a pipe.
A University student was issued an appearance summons for the actions of his guest and non-student Brett Franckowiak, 20, was banned from campus for trespassing in the NY Jets complex on March 17.
A University student was issued a summons on March 17 after punching a hole in the glass door to Netherlands South.
University student was issued a summons on March 18 in Suffolk Hall for possession of marijuana.
Non-students Eugene Herring, 18, Rodney Davis, 20, Marvin Lewis, 22, Sirius Westley, 20, William Brown, 21, and Cydonnee Clark, 20 were banned from campus on March 18 after refusing to leave Dutch Treats and being verbally abusive, then engaging in a physical altercation with public safety officers.
A University student was issued a summons on March 19 for putting feces on the outer door and floor of a room in Breukelen House.
A University student reported returning to his vehicle parked near Suffolk Hall and finding the passenger side mirror vandalized on March 19.
A University plant worker reported that when he returned to his vehicle on March 20, he observed that there was an unidentified male sleeping inside the vehicle. Jose Bonilla, 36, was banned from campus.
A University student reported on March 20 that he found a keyed scratch mark on his vehicle parked outside Liberty Hall on the right passenger side door.
Two unidentified males were observed walking in the Enterprise Hall lot and acting in a suspicious manner on March 20. When questioned, they could not provide a viable reason for being on campus. Non-students Jeffery Smith, 22, and Daniel Horal, 21 were banned from campus.
A public safety officer observed a vehicle previously turned away from the North campus on March 21. Three male non-students, Francis Olukogbon, 17, Brian Clough, 20, and Anthony Weir, 23, were banned from campus.
A University student reported on March 21 that when he returned to his vehicle parked in the physical fitness center lot, he discovered that the driver’s side window was smashed and the radio was missing. A report was filed with the Nassau County Police Department.

Seven University students were issued summonses on March 21 in Dover House for underage drinking.
