– A University student returned to his car in the physical fitness center parking lot and found his headlights broken and his hood dented on Sept 17.
– Stephen Moskowitz, 19, of Cold Spring Harbor, was banned from campus and two University students received summonses on Sept. 17 when Public Safety followed the odor of marijuana into their room in Estabrook Hall.
– Three University students received summonses for the odor of marijuana coming from their room in Nassau Hall on Sept. 17.
– Two male University students were found smoking marijuana in the Delft House lounge on Sept. 18, they both received summonses.
– On Sept. 19, Edson Marcellus,18, of Uniondale, was banned from campus when he was caught jumping a fence near the Earl Ovington gate.
– Two male University students admitted to smoking marijuana in their vehicle while driving on the North side of campus when questioned by Public Safety on Sept. 19.
– A University student reported that on Sept. 19, while parked in the Breslin Hall parking lot, he observed a female driver commit a hit and run on his car.
– A University staff member reported his car had been keyed on Sept. 19 in the Chemistry/Physics building parking lot.
– Six University students received summonses for smoking marijuana, as well as possessing several bags of marijuana, brass knuckles and drug paraphernalia on the new athletic field on Sept. 19.
– Three University students received summonses for an illegal party in a Nassau Hall room on Sept. 19.
– A University student received a summons for knowingly trespassing into the Swim Center after hours on Sept. 21.
– On Sept. 21 a University student left his backpack in 209 Dempster Hall and returned later to find his iPod missing from the bag.
– A University student entered the Nassau/Suffolk Hall incorrectly and refused to identify himself or return to his room on Sept. 21, he will be given an appearance summons when he reappears.
– An unidentified male was spotted with bolt cutters vandalizing the entrance gate near Gittleson Hall on Sept. 22.
-Two University students received summonses when the odor of marijuana lingered from their room in Alliance Hall on Sept. 22.
– A University student reported on Sept. 22 that a male entered the bathroom uninvited and continued to use the toilet and leave without looking at her while she was showering in Bill of Rights Hall.
– On Sept. 22, a female University student living off-campus reported four harassing phone calls to her cell phone.
– Four University students received summonses for smoking marijuana outside Constitution Hall on Sept. 23.
– A University professor returned to his office to find a University student looking at his bookshelves claiming he was waiting to buy back books on Sept. 24.
– A University student reported that the RSR in Nassau/Suffolk Hall verbally harassed her on Sept. 24. The RSR was later terminated from the Public Safety staff.
– A University student was found smoking marijuana out of a bong in Estabrook Hall received a summons on Sept. 24.
