-A University employee reported that he left his laptop in a locked office in the stadium and returned on April 9 to find it missing.
-A University employee reported that a VCR had gone missing from the football office in the stadium between March 30 and April 9.
-A University student reported on April 9 that her vehicle was struck and the license plate was damaged in the Student Center parking lot.
-Non-student Matthew Scher, 20, of Wantagh, N.Y., was banned after he was found in a room using a computer without permission in Amsterdam House on April 9.
-A University student was issued a summons on April 9 for smoking in his room.
-A University student reported that while he was away, someone removed a Swiss Army watch from his room in Leiden House on April 10.
-A University student was issued a summons on April 10 for the actions of his guest. The guest drove through the booth without presenting identification and subsequently, when stopped, was given a breathalyzer by the Nassau County Police Department and was arrested for DUI.
-There was a fire in a garbage can outside Nassau/Suffolk Hall on April 11.
-A University student was issued a summons for failure to comply on April 11 after he entered another person’s room via the fire escape in Twin Oaks and refused to leave.
-A University bus driver reported on April 11 that while driving a group of high school students back to their high school, the students were disruptive. The individual in charge of the trip was notified of the incident.
-A University student was issued a summons for downloading copyrighted material on April 11.
-Two University students were issued summonses on April 11 in Twin Oaks for swiping in an individual who was not a resident.
-A University professor reported on April 12 that while teaching in CV Starr Hall he was looking out the window and a passing student gave him a harassing gesture.
-The supervisor of the music library in Monroe Hall reported on April 12 that the leg of a piano was damaged.
-A University student reported on April 12 that another student took some items from her.
-A University student was issued a summons on April 13 in Nassau Hall for the actions of her guest. Her guest was banned from campus after refusing to leave the room.
-A University student reported parking his vehicle in the Student Center parking lot, and returned on April 13 to find that someone had struck his driver’s side bumper and scratched it.
-On April 13, someone flooded the bathroom on the third floor of Enterprise Hall.
-Non-student Andrew Sczesnac, of West Hempstead, N.Y., was banned from campus for driving recklessly on April 13.
-Non-student Brian Pena, of Uniondale, N.Y., was banned from campus on April 13.
-A University student reported on April 13 that his vehicle was stolen.
-A University student was issued a summons on April 13 for handing out fliers for a local establishment in the parking lot.
-Two non-students reported on April 13 that they left a few personal items in the Student Center Theater and returned to find them missing.
-Someone set fire to a stack of University newspapers on April 14 in Enterprise Hall.
-A University student reported on April 14 that his vehicle was keyed while in the Twin Oaks parking lot.
-A University student reported on April 14 that another student was harassing her in Constitution Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on April 14 in Portsmouth House for breaking the glass of the fire extinguisher case.
-A University student was issued a summons on April 14 for underage drinking in Suffolk Hall.
-A University student reported on April 15 that his motorcycle was either tipped over or fell over by the dumpster near Hofstra USA.
-A University student was issued a summons on April 15 for failure to comply and the actions of his guest. Non-student James Rashin, 27, of Mineola, was banned from campus for urinating in the field and harassment.
-A University student reported on April 15 that he left his briefcase in the hallway of the UCE building while he took a trip to the men’s room and returned to find it missing.
-A parent of a young boy who belongs to the swim club team in the Swim Center reported that another male was yelling at her son on April 15.
