-A University employee reported on March 29 that a male had followed several male students into the shower room in the physical fitness center. Peter Meaney, identified as a non-student, was banned from campus.
-A University student reported on March 29 that her debit card had been earlier stolen and that the females who had been responsible for the theft were outside the victim’s residence hall confessing to the theft. Both students were later arrested.
-A University student reported on March 29 that an unidentified person kicked the rear quarter panel of his vehicle causing a dent.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 30 in Nassau Hall for underage drinking.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 30 in Suffolk Hall for failure to comply and alcohol violations. The student refused to sign a summons and stated that he would just speak with the football coach. Four other persons who had abused the RA were also issued summonses.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 30 in Dutch Treats for leaving without paying for merchandise.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 30 for entering New Complex with a guest who refused to present identification.
-A faculty member reported that on March 30 he left a laptop in its carrying case on a worktable in Calkins Hall and when he returned it was missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 31 in Vander Poel Hall for possession of marijuana.
-A University student reported on March 31 that an unknown male approached her on a bicycle, grabbed her by the neck and proceeded to masturbate. She kicked him, escaped and alerted Public Safety of the incident.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 31 for parking a vehicle on the intramural fields while tossing a ball around with a group of people.
-A University staff member reported that there were two families in a dispute in Adams Playhouse on March 31. One of the groups left without incident.
-Two University students were issued summonses for smoking marijuana in Vander Poel hall after setting off the smoke detector on April 1.
-Several buildings lost power on April 3 after a power surge in the Mac Information Center.
-A University student reported on April 5 that she parked her vehicle near Colonial Square and when she returned she found her laptop, iPod, glasses, and various articles of clothing were missing.
-A Public safety officer noted that there was graffiti in Vander Poel Hall in the elevator on April 6.
-A Public safety officer noted on April 6 that the glass in a fire extinguisher was broken.
-Two University students were issued summonses on April 7 in Rensselear House for alcohol violations.
-A University student reported on April 8 that her laptop computer was missing from her room in Vander Poel Hall.
-A Public safety officer responded to the loading area of Estabrook Hall on April 8 after there was a report that a girl had fallen. The girl was seen climbing over the railing and fell approximately ten feet to the ground. She was transported to the Nassau Community Hospital and treated.
-Bryan Pena was banned for a second time from campus and issued a verbal warning.
-A University employee reported on April 9 that he returned to his office in the Physical Fitness Center to find a VCR/DVD player had gone missing.
-A University student reported on April 9 that he reported some time ago that his bicycle had gone missing. He saw a bike that fit his description chained to a fence in a parking lot
-A University reported on April 9 that he parked his vehicle in the lot across from the student center and returned to find that the bumper had been scratched.
-A University student reported on April 9 that she parked her vehicle in the lot across from the Student Center and returned to find the license plate detached and scratches on her bumper.
-In Amsterdam House on April 9 Matthew Scher was banned from campus after having been allowed into the suite area by the student he was visiting and used another roommate’s computer without permission.
-Three University students were issued summonses on April 9 in Nassau Hall for smoking cigarettes in their room.
