-Two University students were issued summonses on March 6 in Nassau Hall for possession of alcohol.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 7 in Utrec House for keeping a rabbit as a pet in her room.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 7 for reckless driving after entering the campus through the exit at the main entrance.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 7 in Enterprise Hall for underage drinking and three non-students, Nicole DiMaria, 18, of Rockville Center , N.Y., Kevin Agro, 19, of Brooklyn, and Alfred Turrisi, 19, of Oceanside, N.Y., were banned from campus.
-A University administrator reported on March 7 an IBM laptop computer, which she has placed in room 112 of the Student Center, missing.
-A University student will be issued a summons after the bathroom on the third floor of Constitution Hall was found to have been spray-painted black and gold on March 7. A similar incident occurred the previous week and a resident of the floor was blamed for it. Upon further investigation, cans of black and gold paint were found in the student’s room and a figure had been painted on the floor.
-A University student will be issued a summons after she failed to stop at a stop sign near the Human Resources building, and then evaded Public Safety officers, who twice attempted to pull her over on March 7.
-A University student reported on March 7 that she returned to her room in Constitution Hall to find her MacBook laptop had gone missing.
-A male student and his girlfriend, who were engaged in a heated altercation during a class in the UCCE building, were banned from campus and dropped from their class on March 7 after the woman student threw a soda bottle at the man.
-Jesse Treveras, 21, who was previously banned from the University, was apprehended and escorted off campus on March 8.
-A University student was issued a summons for failure to comply and for a parking violation on March 8. The student disobeyed a Public Safety officer who was ticketing his vehicle while it was parked outside the Netherlands by driving away.
-Two University students were issued summonses for disruptive behavior after having an altercation in their room in Nassau Hall on March 9.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 9 for disorderly conduct after verbally abusing a resident safety assistant when he had difficulty swiping his card.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 9 in Vander Poel Hall for possession of alcohol and underage drinking.
-Six University students were issued summonses on March 9 for underage drinking, possession of alcohol and drug paraphernalia and marijuana in Plymouth House.
-A University student reported on March 9 that upon returning to his vehicle, which was parked behind Monroe Hall, he found the two passenger side windows smashed and his $200 radio missing.
-A University student reported on March 10 that upon returning to her vehicle, which was parked near Constitution Hall, she found her radio was missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 10 for recklessly throwing a lacrosse ball in the courtyard of Colonial Square and breaking a window.
-A University student reported on March 10 that he returned to his room in Leiden House “very drunk” and having lost his room keys. He began wandering the hallways in search of a friend to let him into his room and mistakenly entered a room that was not his. The resident emerged, yelled at him and punched him in the face. An investigation is underway for this matter.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 10 for the actions of her guest after she was found in a physical altercation with her boyfriend in Vander Poel Hall. Her boyfriend, Anthony Sequi, a non-student who had previously been banned, was arrested for trespassing.
-A University student reported on March 12 that jewelry was missing from her room in Vander Poel Hall, which she had previously been informed, was being painted. The painters later recovered the jewelry, having mistakenly knocked it over and rolled it up in a paint cloth, and returned it.
