-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 27 in Utrec House for possession of alcohol.
-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 27 in Constitution Hall for possession of drug paraphernalia.
-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 27 in Republic Hall after he was found carrying an open beer can in the hallway.
-A University administrator reported on March 1 that a student staff member in the admissions department submitted two time sheets for hours that she did not work.
-Two University students were issued summonses outside the Netherlands on March 1 after parking in a manner that blocked the roadway, refusing to present identification to a public safety officer and subsequently verbally abusing that officer.
-A University student was issued a summons for recklessly driving around the north campus and failure to comply for refusing to present identification to a public safety officer on March 1.
-Two University students were issued summonses on March 1 for failure to comply after refusing to open the door for a resident assistant who smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from their room in Breuklyn House.
-Two University students were issued summonses for being in the presence of the odor of marijuana in their room in Vander Poel Hall.
-Irene Rynsewycz, 17, Brandon Armas, 18, Amanda Graffeo, 18, and Das Lippert, 18, were banned from campus on March 3 for failure to comply after failing to present identification at the main entrance to campus, and then speeding past the public safety officer after being denied entry.
-A non-student who had previously been banned from campus, Andrez Salkey, 21, was arrested for criminal trespassing after entering Hofstra USA on March 3.
-A University student was issued a summons for possession of alcohol and underage drinking in Nassau Hall on March 4.
-A University student was issued a summons on March 5 in Estabrook Hall for possession of drug paraphernalia.
-A University student reported on March 5 that he lost his wallet somewhere on campus containing his HUID, driver’s license, $80 and debit card. Upon contacting his bank to cancel the card, he was informed that it had been illegally used. The Nassau County Police were notified and a report was filed.
-Jean Belfort, 21, Fred Calhoun, 20, and Lyonel Bernard, 21, all of whom had been previously banned from campus, were apprehended near the Student Center on March 5 and arrested for criminal trespassing.
-A University student reported on March 5 that while working out in the Recreation Center on an elliptical machine, he briefly left his iPod and went to get a drink of water and found it was missing upon his return.
