-A University student reported on Feb. 6 that someone took a $25 gift card from her room in Jamestown House.

-A University resident assistant reported on Feb. 7 that a fire extinguisher was missing from the 13th floor kitchen of Estabrook Hall.

-The manager at Dutch Treats reported on Feb. 7 that an unidentified male took a sandwich and a soda and fled the store without paying.

-A University student reported on Feb. 7 that from October to the present her roommate has been taking her clothes.

-A University student reported on Feb. 7 that he was assaulted by two unidentified males outside Dizzy Lizard Saloon on the Hempstead Turnpike.

-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 8 for possession of marijuana in Hempstead House.

-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 8 for assaulting another student coming out of class in Brower Hall.

-Three University students were issued summonses for underage drinking in Portsmouth House on Feb. 9.

-Four University students were issued summonses on Feb. 9 for failure to evacuate during a fire alarm in Constitution Hall.

-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 9 for failure to comply after refusing to stop making noise in Enterprise Hall.

-A University student reported on Feb. 9 that she left her laptop on the 10th floor of Axinn Library and returned an hour later to find it missing.

-A University student reported on Feb. 8 that he left his backpack on a bench in the recreation center and returned the next day to find that it was missing.

-Ryan Wagner, 22, of Valley Stream, N.Y., was banned from campus after a confrontation at the main entrance to campus after refusing to present proper identification on Feb. 10.

-Corin Agaa, 24, of Long Beach, N.Y., was banned from campus after presenting false identification at Hofstra USA on Feb. 10.

-Devon Harrington, 27, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., was banned from campus after being verbally abusive to a public safety officer on Feb. 10.

-Benjamin Hackworth, 19, and Elizer Torez, 19, of Bayshore, N.Y., were banned from campus after attempting to jump the fence into campus and being in possession of box cutters.

-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 10 for the actions of his guests, Jonathan Hooks and Cory Monroe of Hempstead, who were banned from campus after fighting on the dance floor of Hofstra USA.

-Andre Desisso, 18, and Jerome Jones, 19, of Hempstead, were banned from campus on Feb. 10 for grabbing a female student by the neck and throwing her to the ground in Hofstra USA. Two University students were issued summonses for the actions of their guests.

-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 10 after she ran around outside Hofstra USA kicking people.

-After various confrontations between student organizations in Hofstra USA, a party was shut down by public safety on Feb. 10.

-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 11 for failure to comply after running the main gate without presenting identification.

-A University student was issued an appearance summons on Feb. 11 for possession of marijuana in Alliance Hall.

-A University student was issued a summons on Feb. 11 for violently shaking a vending machine in Nassau Hall.
