Larry Gore, 19 of Hempstead, Deshaun Orr, 17 of Elmont, Titus Williams, 18 of Queens, Olutola Otukoya, 18 of Elmont, Johnathon Cadet, 18 of Elmont, Lamarre Frantz, 19 of Elmont, Cespedes Sean, 19 Elmont were all banned from campus on May 4 when caught jumping the Oak Street fence.

Three University students received summonses on May 4 when they were found smoking marijuana and Kelli Difazio, 18 of Locust, NJ, was banned from campus.

A University student received a summons on May 4 when 4 of their guests were found unregistered in her room. Andrew Stubbs, 20 of Peakskille, Harvey Burnes, 19, Eliot Sprauve, 20 of Manhatten and Gerald Newsome, 21 of Bayshore, were all banned for campus.

Two University students received summonses on May 4 when they were allowed to use the bathroom in Hofstra USA and never came back out.

A University student reported that he left his Mercury Mountaineer outside Liberty/Republic Hall on May 7 and when he returned the side window was broken and his iPod adapter and AC/DC were stolen.
