-On Wednesday, September 9, a male student was approached by three unidentified males while walking back to his residence on Lenox Ave. The males forced him to the ground and removed his wallet containing his University ID, credit card, twenty dollars and his cell phone.
-On September 10, a public safety officer on patrol caught two students smoking marijuana in parking field six. The students were issued a summons for their actions.
-Staff members of Adams Playhouse reported to public safety on September 10, that forty dollars was removed from her desk drawer.
-Non-student Kevin Bowker, 23 of Nassau, New York, was banned from campus after September 10, for selling posters in the lobby of Vander Poel. Six non-students were banned from campus and one student was issued a summons on September 5, after breaking into Hofstra Hall and setting off a fire extinguisher outside in the quad.
-A student reported to public safety that on September 12, an unknown person broke into her dorm room and poured water onto her Mac book.
-A university student was issued a summons on September 13, for verbally abusing public.
-A resident director in Enterprise Hall reported on September 12, that a student verbally abused her when she reported them for drinking in their room. The student was issued a summons for their actions. On September 13, a non-student, Arivn Rivera, 18, was stopped at Hofstra USA and prohibited from entering the party because he was using the ID of a student. He was banned from campus and the student was issued an appearance summons.
-Non-students Ramses Cevieux and Anthony Lello were banned from campus on September 13, for disorderly conduct on Colonial Square Dr.
