On March 18, a student residing in Constitution Hall reported that his roommate had been eating his food, wearing his clothes and smoking in the room. His roommate was issued a summons for his actions.
A female student reported that, on March 18, that her iPod was stolen from her bag when she left it unattended in the lounge of Alliance Hall.
On March 18, a student living on the second floor of Breukelen House received a summons after it was reported that he was walking around the halls carrying a knife. When questioned he stated that he had been attacked by another male in the Netherlands South parking lot and that the knife was for protection. The person who attacked him was identified as a student and also received a summons.
Six students received summonses on March 20 when they were found throwing away beer bottles outside the New Complex Building.
On March 20, an RSR working in the Colonial Square East booth reported that she observed a student carrying alcohol to his room. A Public Safety officer responded and confiscated a bottle of wine, a six-pack of beer and a bottle of Jack Daniels. The student responsible received a summons.
An RSR in Colonial Square Far East reported that he observed a unidentified male selling DVDs out of his car on March 20. The male was identified as Michael Kelly, 39 of Dix Hills, N.Y., and was banned from campus.
A student living in Nassau Hall received a summons on March 22 after Public Safety found him smoking marijuana in his room.
Patrick Sullivan, 20 of Massapequa, N.Y., was banned from campus on March 23 for jumping over the fence on Hempstead Turnpike and entering the north side of campus.
A male student reported that on March 24 his $300 bike was stolen from the bike rack in the southern courtyard of the Netherlands Complex.
On March 24, a student reported that her $6,000 laptop was stolen from her room.
On March 24, a female student reported that she suspected that she had been drugged on March 23 after a night out with her friends because she had no recollection of the events of the previous night.
A faculty member reported that four books, his office keys and his car keys had been stolen from his backpack when he felt it unattended on March 24.
