Items valued at an estimated $300 were stolen from a room in Enterprise Hall on April 28. The residents of the room reported to public safety that their door does not close properly. A work order was put in to replace the door.
NCPD stopped and arrested a University student on April 29 for driving under the influence.
A student reported that she was late to class on April 29, and her professor said that because people were late to class, there would be an extra assignment. When the student returned to her dorm room, she found an anti-Semitic statement written on her Facebook. The statement is believed to have been from another student in the class.
A student reported to public safety that her clothes were damaged because she sat on a freshly painted bench outside of Barnard Hall on April 29.
A Lackmann manager reported to public safety that a student removed food from the Student Center without paying. The student was given a summons.
While in his vehicle, a student witnessed another student spit on the vehicle on April 29. The student caught spitting was given a summons.
A small bag of marijuana was found outside the Physical Fitness Center by a student and reported to public safety. NCP was notified to pickup the marijuana on April 29.
A PSO responded to a noise complaint in Suffolk Hall on April 30. A student was found alone in the room with a strong smell of marijuana. He was given a summons.
While on patrol, a PSO witnessed a male and female fighting outside of Memorial Hall on May 1. When approached, the male refused to give public safety his identification and punched the PSO. The officer called for backup, the male was handcuffed, taken to the HIC, identified as a student and given a summons. The female, Maryam Nadeen, was banned from campus.
A PSO observed two students in the Student Center consuming alcohol on May 2. The students were given summons.
A student reported that while walking to the Student Center on May 2, he was crossing the street and a car was accelerating towards him. The car hit the student, but the student was able to walk away a skinned knee and hurt hip.
Three women were witnessed yelling at each other outside of the Colonial Square East RSR booth by a PSO. One of the females proceeded to kick open the door and exit Colonial Square. The female was then seen punching the hood of a car and when public safety told her to stop, she cursed at public safety. The female was then stopped at Colonial Square West and given a summons.
