There’s nothing better than a great pair of jeans. Every season the new “it” jeans pop up all over the streets and in every department store window. Some of the current trends in denim are the faded black jean, the motocross jean, which looks like biker pants made of denim, and of course the revival of the 80’s acid wash jean.

Although the Brand new “it” denim trend of this winter season isn’t really denim at all. It’s the new combination of two of your favorite fashion essentials, jeans and leggings. The new denim leggings give off the look of jeans but they are extremely comfortable just like leggings. They come in an array of styles and are being made by everyone from Joe’s Jeans to 7 for All Mankind.

The new coined term “Jeggings” is sweeping our nation. Jeggings are popping up on every fashion blog and in every store. This fashion staple is the thing to have this season and luckily its one of the most comfortable trends ever. The Jeggings come in all washes, styles, and sizes. Average prices range from $78 to $260 depending on the designer.

My personal favorites are the Joe’s Jeans Inseam Zip Legging in Black Destroy and the Signature Pocket Jean Leggings in Blue Boar by Hudson.  If you’re looking for comfort and style this season, I’d recommend running to your nearest department store and picking a pair up in every color, because a trend this amazing is sure to stay.
