Anybody can eat store-bought potato chips and dip. But what’s the fun in that? Make it yourself!
Now that it’s getting closer to finals week, late-night snacks are going to be more popular while everyone is pulling all-nighters. If you don’t have snacks in your room, you can make these chips by yourself in no time! This recipe is so simple, too.
There are not many ingredients that you need for this simple snack, either. You need just one potato, extra-virgin olive oil, and salt. Make sure to wash the potato and then peel the skin away. Cut the potato into very thin slices. Put the small potatoes into a bowl and toss them with oil and salt, to taste.
Put the chips spread out on a plate that you have coated with cooking spray. This ensures that the chips don’t stick to the plate. Put the chips in the microwave for two to three minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Next, flip them over and cook them for another two to three minutes on the other side.
You can even make your own dip to go with the chips! All you need is a container of sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. This tasty blend will make a delicious recipe and snack for you to enjoy in the middle of the night while studying for finals.
