Don’t Call it a Comeback (Yet) Dennis Rodman, former NBA star and ex-husband of Carmen Electra, is seeking a return to professional basketball. Rodman last played professional basketball for the Dallas Mavericks in 2000, where he was waived after playing for only 29 days. After he left the NBA, Rodman dropped into virtual obscurity. It seemed as though he had not only left his career, but also abandoned his bad-boy image and partying habits as well. But it turns out that, even if he has, nobody is believing him. “They think I’m uncoachable and I don’t know why. I’m just a free and independent person,” said Rodman, now 43. Rodman recently played two games with Monterrey, Mexico’s Fuerza Regia team, and has also been practicing with Denver’s NBA squad, the Nuggets, though their manager will not comment as to whether or not Rodman will be joining thier roster. -Madeline Kerins |

Spears’ “Wedding Night” on eBay In a recent statement, Britney Spears publicist, Leslie Sloan, announced that Spears’ marriage to backup dancer Kevin Federline had finally been legalized. This comes after several weeks of controversy and gossip-magazine covers regarding Spears and Federline’s high-profile, low class “marriage” that took place on Sept. 18 at the home of a friend. Since then, it was discovered that while their ceremony was legit, they had not actually filed the paperwork for a marriage license. Now everything is “signed and sealed…everything is all done,” says Sloane. In the last week, not only has she “amicably” split from her manager of nine years, Larry Rudolph, but an eBay online auction has surfaced proclaiming to be selling a pair of boy short undies and a bra from Spears’ wedding night. -Madeline Kerins |
