A University student reporter that as she was driving on Oak Street on Oct. 6, a short, plump Hispanic man who was approximately 30 years old approached her car and told her not to turn right or else someone would shoot at her car.

Four University students received appearance summonses for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Enterprise Hall on Oct. 6.

A University student received an appearance summons for illegally using a handicapped parking permit near C.V. Starr Hall on Oct. 7

A University student reported silver Sprint phone was missing from her bag in Breslin Hall on Oct. 7.

A University student reported on Oct. 7 that his mini-disc player was missing from his bag after he left it in the Font/Nonsense office in room 201A of the Student Center from Oct. 1 to 2.

Five University students received appearance summonses for possession of marijuana in Suffolk Hall on Oct. 7.

A University student received an appearance summons for failure to comply when she entered the Nassau/Suffolk complex after being instructed not to on Oct. 7. The student had her room changed, and as part of an arrangement, she agreed not to enter the complex.

A visitor reported that as he was walking near the Swim Center, a late model car drove so close to him that he fell backward and was injured on Oct. 7.

A University student received an appearance summons for actions of a guest, a University graduate who tried to enter campus using his old University identification on Oct. 7.

Five University students received appearance summonses for underage drinking on Oct. 8.

Five University students received appearance summonses for failure to evacuate Enterprise Hall when a fire alarm was maliciously activated at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 8.

A University student received an appearance summons for not turning down his music in Salem House on Oct. 8.

A University student reported someone broke the driver’s side view mirror off of her 2002 Ford Focus parked near Liberty and Republic Halls on Oct. 8.

A University student reported someone keyed her car which was parked near Constitution Hall on Oct. 8.

A University student received an appearance summons for possession of psychedelic mushrooms in Nassau Hall on Oct. 8.

A University student received an appearance summons for actions of guests who were noisy outside of Leiden House on Oct. 9.

A University student reported receiving harassing phone calls in Alliance Hall on Oct. 9.

Non-students Tavi Cohen, Ayub Balal and Louis Diaz, all 18, of Hicksville, N.Y., were arrested and banned from campus for breaking the window of a Public Safety vehicle near Breslin Hall on Oct. 9.

A University student received an appearance summons for verbally abusing a Public Safety officer and possession of alcohol as he was entering the main gate on Oct. 9.
