- A University student reported on Sept. 21, having left his Playstation 2 system, several games and controllers in the game room overnight, that they were missing the following morning.
- A University student reported receiving prank calls and hang ups in Norwich House.Nassau County Police were notified and a complaint was filed.
- A University student reported on Sept. 21 that his vehicle, while parked in the north field, was struck, causing a dent in the bumper.
- A University student was issued a summons for the actions of her guest, non-student Jolene Santangeli, 20, of eastern Connecticut, who was banned from campus for failure to evacuate during a fire alarm.
- A University student was issued an appearance summons Sept. 22 for violation of copyright laws by downloading from the Internet.
- A University student was issued a summons Sept. 22 for possession of a knife in Vander Poel Hall.
- Two University students reported that their cars were keyed while parked in the East Drive of Colonial Square on Sept. 22.
- A University student, who had been banned from the residence halls, was issued a summons Sept. 22 for staying in Utreck House.
- Three University students were issued summonses for unlawful use of a motor vehicle after hijacking a Sbarro’s cart on Sept. 23.
- Non-students Peter Plaia, 19, and Mike Courtney, 19, both of Seaford, N.Y. and Kevin McGovern, 19, of Bethpage, N.Y. were banned from campus on Sept. 23 for creating a disturbance in front of the Netherlands. McGovern, having previously been banned, was arrested for trespassing.
- A University employee reported an unidentified male removed two salads and a sandwich from Dutch Treats before fleeing at 2 a.m. on Sept. 23.
- A University student reported on Sept. 23 that his 2003 Hyundai was parked outside Dutch Treats when the antenna was removed and the bumper keyed.
- Non-student Brian Cheng, 19, of North Merrick, N.Y. was banned from campus Sept. 23 for handing out flyers.
- Three University students were issued summonses on Sept. 23 for possession of marijuana in Delft House.
- A University student reported on Sept. 23 that while she was in the ceramic room of Calkins Hall, she locked herself in a closet for an hour before breaking the glass pane of the door and climbing out.
- Two University students were issued summonses for disruptive condition and fighting in the west booth of Colonial Square Sept. 24. Non-student Danielle Powell, 24, of Trenton, N.J. was subsequently banned from campus.
- A University student was issued a summons for the actions of his guest. Non-students Kevin Dawd, 18, of Ocean Township, N.J., Mike Mihan, 18, of Port Montorhaven, N.J., and Daniel Diaz, 18, of Miami, Fla., were banned from campus after having an altercation in the parking lot of the Netherlands on Sept. 25.
- A University student reported Sept. 25 that the door to his locker in Tilburg House, Netherlands North was open, but nothing appeared to be missing.
- Two University students were issued summonses on Sept. 26 for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in Portsmouth House.
- A University student reported that after returning from the bathroom in Davison Hall on Sept. 26 she found that her wallet was missing from her handbag.
