- A University student reported being harassed by her professor in the Axinn Library on April 21. The incident was reported to the Provost.
- A University student reported that his wallet was stolen in the Law School on April 21.
- A University student reported money was taken from her room on the same day a room search was conducted on April 21. The room was searched because the student was issued a summons for possession of illegal items.
- Two University students were issued appearance summonses for vandalism and verbal abuse on April 21.
- Non-student, Edgar Norville, of Uniondale was banned from the University for entering campus without identification on April 22.
- A University student was issued an appearance summons for disruptive conditions and harassment of a residential safety representative on April 22.
- Public safety received a report that two females stole merchandise from Dutch Treats on April 22. No one was apprehended.
- A University plant department employee reported that a tree company had been cutting down trees on University property on April 22. The legal department was notified about the incident.
- A University student was issued an appearance summons for alcohol possession in Twin Oaks on April 22.
- A University student reported that a male approached her asking for cigarette and took her bag from her car on April 22. Nassau County police arrested the man.
- Four University students were issued appearance summonses for possession of bongs in Groningen House on April 22.
- Three non-students from Seaford, N.Y., Russell Maltese, 18, Christopher Schultz, 18 and a male juvenile, were banned from campus after discharging a fire extinguisher from a University bus on April 23.
- Two University students were issued appearance summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia in Orange House on April 25.
- Non-students, Kevin Moorehouse, Michael Bilton and Kenneth Balson were banned from campus and charged for trespassing after they attempted to climb over a fence to re-enter campus on April 23.
- A University student was issued an appearance summons for entering Weed lab through a window on April 23.
- A University student reported that a license plate had been stolen from their vehicle, which was parked near Alliance Hall on April 23.
- Non-student, W. Sinclaire, was banned from campus after he was found walking through a University parking lot on April 23.
- A University student was issued an appearance summons for the illegal use and possession of a microwave in Estabrook Hall on April 24.
- A University student reported being harassed in her room on Tillberg house on April 24. She also reported finding items placed on her front door.
- A University student reported finding his car’s mirror had been broken while the vehicle was parked in field seven on April 25.
- A public safety officer issued two appearance summonses to students who were having a bon-fire on North campus on April 25.
- A University student reported that his vehicle was stolen from parking field six near Hofstra USA on April 25.
- A University student was issued an appearance summons for possession of a marijuana pipe in Jamestown House on April 25.
- A University student was issued an appearance summons in Vander Poel Hall for failing to show identification when entering the building on April 25.
- A University student reported being harassed by another student on April 26. The University is investigating the allegations.
- A public safety officer on patrol reported finding a bag of what appeared to be human remains on the ground near Breslin Hall on April 26. The Hempstead and Nassau County police departments were notified, along with the coroner, who identified the body parts as animal intestines. The University later learned the body parts were discarded props used by film students for their movie.
- Five University students were issued appearance summonses for illegal downloading on April 26.
- Eleven University students were issued appearance summonses for underage drinking at a party in Nassau Hall on April 27.
