* A University student in Bill of Rights reported harassing phone calls on Feb. 2.
* Seven University students were issue proprietary summonses for propping their doors open in Estabrook Hall on Feb. 2.
* A University student reported his black and blue duffel bag was stolen from an elevator in Vander Poel on Feb. 2. The student had left the bag unattended while posting flyers on each floor of the building.
* Non-student, Andrew Lavigia, of Dix Hills, N.Y. was banned from campus for harassing a University student on Feb. 2.
* A University student reported her M.A.C. make-up case was stolen from her briefcase in the hallway outside her dorm in Bill of Rights on Feb. 3. The student said she said left the briefcase unattended for only a few minutes while retrieving an item from her room and when she returned the small case was gone.
* Six University students were issued proprietary summonses for propping their doors open in Estabrook Hall on Feb. 3.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons and non-student, Joshua McCarthy, 18, of West Hartford, C.T. was also banned from campus for possession of drugs in Nassau Hall on Feb. 4.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for harassing a residential desk attendant in Liberty and Republic Hall on Feb. 4.
* A University telephone operator reported receiving harassing phone calls from an unidentified person in Alliance Hall claiming to be a public safety officer and requesting student phone numbers on Feb. 4.
* A University student reported the side-view mirror was ripped from her vehicle in the Netherlands parking lot on Feb. 4.
* A building director in Orange House sighted an unidentified male posting flyers on Feb. 4 advertising an off-campus keg party. When the man was questioned he fled the scene.
* Four University students were issued appearance summonses for failing to comply after a fight erupted in the Student Center on Feb. 4.
* A custodial employee reported threatening remarks by a coworker on Feb. 4. The incident was referred to the director of the custodial staff to be settled.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons and non-students, Michael James, 24, of Hetherwood, Conn.; Robert Key, 24, and Kenneth Key, 18, both of Malverne, N.Y. were banned from campus for harassing a residential safety representative on Feb. 5.
* Seven University students were issued appearance summonses for possession of drugs and alcohol in Liberty Hall on Feb. 5.
* A University student sighted an unidentified male on the fire escape outside her Twin Oaks dorm after she heard knocking at her door on Feb 5. The man fled as the student reported the incident to Public Safety.
* A non-student reported that University student illegally downloaded material from the internet on Feb. 5, but the accusation was unfounded.
* A University student reported her cell phone was stolen from her jacket, which was left unattended near the kitchen in Vander Poel on Feb. 5.
* A University student riding the Long Island Railroad contacted Public Safety to report an unidentified male harassed her. Public Safety escorted the student from the station and contacted police who removed the man from the train on Feb 5.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for possession of marijuana in Hempstead House on Feb. 6.
* A University student reported her pocketbook was stolen from her car in Roslyn, N.Y. on Feb. 6. The Nassau County police were contacted.
* Two groups of females, one consisting of three University students and the other of three non-students, reported they were assaulted by the opposite party on Belmont Place on Feb. 6. After hearing both sides, Nassau County police determined the fight was mutual and no charges were filed.
* Two University students were issued appearance summonses for possession of drugs in Vander Poel on Feb. 6.
* A University student reported harassing calls in Bill of Rights on Feb. 6.
* A faculty member reported a confrontation in the classroom with an employee from Media Services on Feb. 7.
* A Public Safety officer observed an unidentified male taking photos of the daycare center on Feb. 8. When the officer approached the man he fled.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for actions of her guests during a party in her dorm in Liberty Hall over the weekend. The roommate returned to find numerous items were missing or damaged in the room and filed the report on Feb. 8.
* Four juveniles were banned from campus for throwing snowballs at the windows of Emily Lowe gallery on Feb. 8.
* University student was issued an appearance summons for disruptive conditions while hosting a party in Estabrook Hall on Feb. 8.
