* Non-student, Joseph Minniti, 20, of Medford, NY was arrested on campus after Public Safety contacted the Nassau County Police. Passengers, Kevin Stanton of Patchogue was arrested for trespassing and Chris Burke of Medford was banned from campus.
* Eight University students were issued summons for possession of alcohol in Constitution on Jan. 29.
* Two non-students, Anthony Alvarez, 19, and Michael Reich, 19, from Bethpage were banned from campus after they were caught stealing car boots from behind the Public Safety building.
* Four University students were issued summons for underage drinking in Dover on the 29th after Public Safety responded to a noise complaint.
* A University student was issued a summons for verbal abuse after yelling obscenities at a Public Safety worker.
* A University student visiting friends in Netherlands dorm reported his Banana Republic jacket was stolen. Public Safety is working to identify the student suspected of leaving with the jacket.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for illegally removing a boot from his car. Public Safety stopped the student near the University Club and found the boot in his vehicle.
* A University student reported that her father was harassing her and she had him banned from campus.
* Non-students, Brian Dempsey,18. of Bellmore and Justin Steinman, 18, of Merrick, were banned for campus for jumping over the gate near the North Oak Street entrance, after Public Safety initial turned them away from the main entrance.
* Two University students reported DVDs stolen in Republic.
* University student reported his stainless steel refrigerator stolen from his room in Vander Poel after he returned from Intercession.
* A University student was issued a summons for unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material.
* A University student reported harassing phone calls and was granted a new phone number.
* A University student was issued a summons for running past the booth in Vanderbuilt without showing I.D.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons after her disgruntled roommate accused her giving her boyfriend a key and allowing him to visit excessively.
* A University student was issued a summons for reckless driving in the parking lot near the three bears.
* Non-students, Nicholas Stein,18, and Rob Tracey, 20, of Westville, N.J. were banned from campus, along with Charles Ruggiero, Michael Quinoes,20, and Joe Remshard, 18, of Winonah, N.J. for stealing an X-box from the lounge in Linden House. The University student responsible for the guests was issued an appearance summons and the stolen items were later recovered.
* A University student in Liberty reported his laptop stolen on Jan. 29 from his room after he stayed at a friends house the night before.
* A University student reported her cell phone missing and learned that someone is using the phone.
* A University student reported his I.D. was stolen after leaving it in Bill of Rights.
* A University student reported the cover to her gas cap was damaged after leaving her car parked in Field 6.
* A Public Safety officer reported a broken fire extinguisher box in Norwich. The Plant Department was contacted and the damage was repaired.
* A University student reported the left rear of his vehicle was struck in a hit-and-run in the parking lot near Suffolk.
* Two University students in Liberty were issued summonses for unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material.
* A University student reported her vehicle was struck. An off-duty Nassau County police officer witnessed the incident and is investigating the case.
* Two University students were issued summonses for taping their doors open in the Netherlands.
* A University student was issued a summons for harassment after breaking her roommate’s mirror.
* Four summonses were issued to University students for alcohol and underage drinking in Suffolk on Jan. 24.
