Anna DeGoede/The Hofstra Chronicle
Craving a baked treat, but don’t feel like buying copious amounts of flour and baking soda to only use them once? Have no fear – this cake cookie recipe won’t fill your cabinets with useless items. It’s simple but tasty and results in the perfect blend of cake texture in a cookie sized serving! I used strawberry cake mix, but you can buy whatever flavor you like.
