-A University student reported returning to her room in Portsmouth House on Nov. 7 to find $200 missing from her desk.
-Six University students were issued summonses on Nov. 9 for fighting in the Student Center cafeteria.
-A University administrator reported on Nov. 7 that keys were taken from a desk in Hagedorn Hall.
-A University student reported receiving harassing and threatening calls, and that her car was vandalized on Nov. 9. The Nassau County Police were notified.
-A Public Safety officer observed individuals fighting in the stands at James Shuart Stadium on Nov. 9. Richard Anthony Paul, 20, of Floral Park, N.Y., was apprehended and banned from campus.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Nov. 9 in Suffolk Hall for underage drinking.
-Five non-students were banned from campus, two of which were arrested, after Public Safety received a report on Nov. 10 that vehicles were racing around and males were screaming in the parking lot. Sean Linn and Michael Fields, of Hempstead, and Denis Frantz, of Uniondale, were banned and Earl Williams and Charles Evans, of Freeport, N.Y., were arrested.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 10 after a male student attempted to enter Bill of Rights Hall with the female student’s HUID card. Mesquita Kibuki was arrested after the attempt, having been banned from campus on a prior occasion.
-Two non-students, John Ciccotelli and Krista DiBorno, of Queens and Staten Island, respectively, were banned from campus on Nov. 10 after failing to present proper I.D. upon entering campus.
-A University student reported that someone removed a Coach wallet and a silver watch from her room in Suffolk Hall on Nov. 10.
-A University student received a summons on Nov. 10 for disorderly conduct in Suffolk Hall.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Nov. 10 for doing “donuts” in parking field 7. Two non-students, Sylvia Tyler, of New Hampshire, and Evan Sagar, of Dartmouth, Mass., were banned from campus.
-Six University students were issued summonses for disruptive conduct, verbal abuse, failure to comply and damage to University property in Plymouth House on Nov. 11.
-Two University students were issued summonses on Nov. 11 for underage drinking in Rensellier House.
-A University student was issued a summons for failure to comply and reckless driving on the North campus after failing to present proper I.D. upon entering campus.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 12 in Twin Oaks for underage drinking.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 12 in Vander Poel Hall for underage drinking.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 12 in Vander Poel Hall for underage drinking after walking around the building with an open container of alcohol.
-Cameron Drake, of Hempstead, was banned from campus on Nov. 12 after urinating outside Hofstra USA.
-Three non-students, Augustin Romero and Marsha Duenas, of Westbury, and Jason Aguila, of Floral Park, were banned from campus on Nov. 12 after driving around campus harassing females.
-There was a gas main break on California Avenue on Nov. 11 during the construction of the California Avenue School.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 12 in Twin Oaks for alcohol possession.
-A University student was issued a summons for reckless driving on Nov. 12 in parking field 7.
-A University student was issued a summons in Nassau Hall on Nov. 13 for the actions of her guest. Five non-students, Elizabeth Clark, of Manhattan, Melanie Allen of Pleasant Garden, N.C., Narisha Legrand, of Columbia University, Sashena, of Roosevelt, N.Y., and Nadia Burgess, of Freeport, N.Y., were banned from campus after harassing University students.
-A University student reported leaving her Mac laptop on the second floor of Dempster Hall on Nov. 13 and returned to find it missing.
-A University student reported on Nov. 13, that his cell phone was stolen from his locker in Margiotta Hall.
-A University student reported being harassed by Carlos Brutago, of Hempstead, N.Y., who was subsequently banned from campus on Nov. 14.
-A University student reported on Nov. 14 that an unidentified male assaulted him in his suite with a weapon after answering a knock on his door in Nassau Hall. The man struck the student on the face and head, and fled. The Nassau County Police were notified and an investigation is underway.
