-A University student reported being harassed by another student, who was issued a summons on Oct. 22.
– A University student residing in Alliance Hall found that on Oct. 22 when she returned to her clothes, previously in the dryer, her bras and panties were stolen.
–A University student who is also a member of the Malik fraternity reported that the sign outside Hofstra USA that originally advertised one of the fraternity’s parties was rearranged to spell out a derogatory remark on Oct. 22.
-Three University students received summonses for a bong found while routine fire and safety inspections were being done on Oct. 23.
-Two University students received harassing e-mail messages from another student on Oct. 23.
-A University student reported that someone removed a necklace and bracelet from a desk in his room in Vander Poel Hall on Oct. 23.
-A University student was issued an appearance summons in Enterprise Hall for infringement of copyright laws on movies he illegally downloaded on Oct. 23.
-A University student stated that on Oct. 25 while watching the Red Sox game in the Netherlands Cafe, his cell phone, valued at $230, was stolen.
-A University student on Oct. 25 reported that she left her iMac laptop in a booth of Hagedorn Hall; when she returned it was gone.
-Two University students in Alliance Hall received summonses when the odor of marijuana, attempted to be covered by Lysol, was detected by an RA on Oct. 26.
-Three University students in Utrecht House reported that their fourth roommate threatened them with physical violence while severely intoxicated on Oct. 26, the fourth roommate received a summons for her actions.
-A University student in Vander Poel Hall was selling controlled substances such as Percacet, Xanax and a marijuana grinder, and received a summons for his actions on Oct. 26.
-Two University students in Leiden House received a summons when marijuana, two bottles of Oxycotin and Naproxin were found in their room on Oct. 26.
-A University student received a summons in Suffolk Hall when traces of marijuana were found in his room on Oct. 26.
-Three University students on Oct. 27 received summonses when four bottles of alcohol and a bag of marijuana were found in their room during a beer pong party in Rotterdam House.
-A Lackmann employee on Oct 27. in Hofstra Arena was accidentally stuck with a used needle while picking up an unmarked bag of medical waste from flu shots distributed earlier in the arena.
-Five University students received summonses when water balloons were thrown out of Constitution Hall on Oct. 27.
-Two University students received summonses when the odor of marijuana was detected in their room in Constitution Hall on Oct. 28.
-A University student in Nassau Hall received a summons when the odor of marijuana was noticed coming from his room on Oct. 28.
-A University student who lives in Orange House reported that on Oct. 28, a threatening message was left on their voicemail, a summons was issued to the offending student.
-A University student working in the Admissions Dept mailroom reported on Oct. 29 that she opened an envelope containing two typed pages warning of an illegal gambling ring operated on the campus by a former student.
-Two University students received summonses when they observed two students smoking marijuana outside of Rensellier House on Oct. 30.
