-Three University students were issued summonses on Sept. 11 after a Public Safety Officer stationed at the Oak Street Security Booth witnessed them damaging a car by throwing a glass bottle. -A University student received a summons for underage drinking and the actions of a guest, previously banned Chris O’Donnell, 19, of Baldwin, in Jamestown House on Sept 12. -Four University students in Constitution Hall received summonses for underage drinking on Sept 12. -A University student reported on Sept 12 that damage was found on the bumper of his car. -A University student reported on Sept 12 that a mirror with the estimated worth of 20 dollars was missing when he returned to his dorm room after class. -A University student later found to be under the influence of drugs passed out on the seventh floor of Constitution Hall and was treated and released from the Nassau University Medical Center on Sept 12. -A University student was issued a summons for downloading unauthorized information Sept 12. -A University student reported his iBook missing after leaving his backpack in Kate and Willy’s unattended on Sept 12. -A University student residing in Vander Poel Hall was issued a summons for having unauthorized material in their room on Sept 13. -Two University students were issued summonses in the Netherlands for entering without swiping their ID cards on Sept 13. -The Vice President of Student Affairs reported vandalism on a piece of fencing on Hamilton Road and a police report was made on Sept 14. -A male University student was reported whistling in the bathroom with negative results on his whereabouts on Sept 14. -A University student reported his Apple laptop stolen when he returned to his dorm on Sept 16. -A University student was found leaving the scene of an accident on Sept 17, doing damage to the bumper of a car. -A University student was issued a summons for possession of marijuana in Estabrook Hall and Stephen Moskowitz, 19, was banned from campus. -A University student residing in Nassau was issued a summons for being in the presence of the strong odor of marijuana Sept 17. -Two University students were issued summonses for smoking marijuana in Delft House on Sept 18.
