Two University students received summonses on Sept. 1 when they were found smoking marijuana behind the Netherlands complex.
A fight broke out between a University student and a guest on Sept. 1, during which the guest was punched in the face, outside Nassau/Suffolk. Kendall Smith, 18 of Freeport, was banned from the campus for fighting.
Three University students reported that they returned to their room in Van Der Poel on Sept. 1 to find their laptops, two iPods, several DVDs and one student’s wallet all missing. Two University students were suspected and given summonses for the theft.
A University student reported that a wallet was missing from her car on Sept. 2 while she was moving belongings into Colonial Square.
A University student reported her laptop stolen out of her Suffolk room on Sept. 2.
Three University students received summonses on Sept. 3 when they were found drinking in their Vanderpoel room.
Two University students received summonses on Sept. 3 when they were caught fighting outside the Netherlands core.
A University student reported 45 CDs stolen from her car, which was parked outside Dutch Treats, on Sept. 4.
Frank Fanelli, 18 of New Rochelle, N.Y. and Robert Biddles, 18 of New Windsor, Conn., were found Sept. 4 drinking vodka in the halls of New Complex and were banned from campus.
Three University students received summonses on Sept. 6 and Richard Moson, 18 of Valley Cottage, N.Y., was banned from campus for underage drinking and marijuana possession.
A University student was arrested on Sept. 6 when drunk driving resulted in a car accident on campus.
Two University students received summonses on Sept. 6 when a fight broke out outside Dutch Treats during which a student was knock unconscious.
Three University students received summonses on Sept. 6 when they were found smoking marijuana outside Orange House.
A University student in Bill of Rights asked to be keyed in on Sept. 6 because she left her flatiron on. When Public Safety keyed into the room they found the flatiron off but three candles were burning, for which she was issued a summons.
Two benches outside Dempster were vandalized and moved on Sept. 7.
A room in Providence house set fire, which was extinguished by the overhead sprinklers, due to an overheated cord plugged into a power strip on Sept. 9.
A University student in New York House reported on Sept. 10 she has had several sexually harassing phone calls by an unidentified caller.
