A University student reported leaving her purse in a restroom in Bill of Rights Hall Oct. 17 and returning to find it had gone missing.

A University administrator reported that upon attempting to exit the parking lot, a UPS truck double-parked, blocking her in and refused to move until he had completed the delivery Oct. 17.

A University student reported being harassed Oct. 18 by an intoxicated male riding a bicycle and soliciting money. When the student refused, the man on the bike brandished a knife and hurled racial insults at him.

A University student was issued a summons for harassment and failure to comply for molesting a female student outside Memorial Hall with sexual remarks Oct. 18.

A University student was issued a summons for improperly using her mother’s handicap sticker in parking lot one. The sticker was returned to the town that issued it.
