* One University student reported that she was harassed in her room in Rotterdam House on Feb. 16.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for illegally downloading copyrighted material from his dorm in the Netherlands on Feb. 16.
* A University student reported he was assaulted by another student in his dorm in Constitution Hall on Feb. 17. The attacker was with two other male students when he escorted his intoxicated friend back to the dorm and attacked the roommate when confronted. The three students were located and issued appearance summonses but the attacker has not been identified by the student who filed the report.
* Two University students were issued appearance summonses on Feb. 17 for assault, disruptive condition and failure to comply. The students cursed and attacked a public safety officer when they were questioned outside about the attack on a student in Constitution Hall.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons on Feb. 17 for failing to comply when a residential assistant reprimanded him for playing ball in Vander Poel Hall and the student refused to present his I.D.
* Two University students were issued appearance summonses for alcohol violations in Tilberg House on Feb. 17.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for stealing two bags of chips from Dutch Treats on Feb. 18.
* Three University students were issued appearance summonses, and non-student, Alfred Tindall, 22, of South Orange, N.J., was banned from campus for alcohol violations in Suffolk Hall on Feb. 18.
* Antonio Sturdivant, 32, a cabdriver from Roosevelt, was banned from campus when he was abusive to a booth attendant on Feb. 19.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons, and non-student, William Upshur, 23, of Island Park, N.Y. was banned from campus for breaking the side mirrors off cars parked near Well Hall on Feb. 19.
* Three University students were issued appearance summonses for marijuana possession in Enterprise Hall on Feb. 19.
* A University student reported she was harassed by an unidentified male who confronted the student from his car while she was walking through a parking lot on campus on Feb. 19.
* Three University students were issued appearance summonses for alcohol possession and disruptive condition when a bong and beer keg were discovered in their dorm in Twin Oaks on Feb. 19.
* Non-students, Joe Giuffre, 18, and Jay Poggi, 18, both of West Islip, N.Y. were banned from campus for banging on doors and yelling obscenities in the Netherlands. A University student was also issued an appearance summons for engaging in the same violations and for urinating on one of the doors on Feb. 19.
* Non-student, Darien Bellimay, 24, of West Hartford, Conn., was banned from campus after a domestic dispute with a female student on Feb. 19.
* Non-student, Jason McGraw, 22, of Hempstead, was banned from campus after trying to enter the campus via the Unispan after being turned away at the main entrance on Feb. 19.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons in Newport Hall for marijuana possession on Feb. 20.
* Three University students were issued appearance summonses for under-age drinking in Suffolk Hall on Feb. 21.
* Four University students were issued appearance summonses for disruptive condition after numerous noise complaints in Liberty Hall on Feb. 21.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for alcohol possession while carrying a 30-pack of beer in Colonial Square on Feb. 22.
* A report was filed after the fire marshal conducted a demonstration about operating a fire extinguisher in the parking lot near the Netherlands, which sprayed dust from the extinguisher on cars parked nearby on Feb. 22.
* Two University students were issued appearance summonses for disorderly conduct in Rotterdam House on Feb. 23.
* A public safety officer observed a damaged water fountain in Margiotta Hall on Feb. 24.
* Four University students were issued appearance summonses for possession of alcohol and marijuana and underage drinking in Suffolk Hall on Feb. 25.
* Four University students were issued appearance summonses for disruptive conditions. The students appeared to be intoxicated and were yelling and knocking on doors in Enterprise Hall on Feb. 25.
* A University student reported that two tail lights and one headlight on her 2004 Lincoln Aviator were found broken when she returned to the parking lot near Estabrook Hall on Feb. 25.
* Five University students were issued appearance summonses for underage drinking and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Constitution Hall on Feb. 25.
* Non-students, Daniel Davenport, of Hempstead, N.Y. and Keith Thompson, 18, of West Hempstead, N.Y. were banned from campus, along with Lackmann employees, Marvin Caswell, Jr., 19, of Freeport, and Tyrell Hilton, 19, of Roosevelt, N.Y.. The four men were caught in possession of a stolen Playstation 2 belonging to a student in Enterprise Hall on Feb. 26.
* Three University students were issued appearance summonses in response to a noise complaint in Twin Oaks on Feb. 26.
* A University student was issued an appearance summons for illegally downloading copyrighted material from his dorm in Groningen House between Feb. 12. and 16.
* Three University students were issued appearance summonses for failing to comply with a residential director, who confronted the students about their behavior in Nassau Hall on Feb. 17. The students were asked to present identification, but refused.
