Korean pop has become increasingly popular over the past few years, and it will only continue to grow. Many artists and bands are making big names for themselves internationally, with a notable example being BTS. In fact, another K-pop group has taken the world by storm since its formation in 2016 Blackpink!

Five-member girl group Ace of Angels (AOA),  recently went viral for their cover performance of MAMAMOOs Egotistic while competing on Mnets girl group survival show Queendom. The performance, while great for the groups attention to choreography, elegant vocals and high production quality, really shined because of its commentary on Korean society and statement against gender bias and inequality.
