-A University student received a summons on Nov. 15 for possession of drug paraphernalia in Gronigen House.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 15 in Hague House for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 15 for possession of drug paraphernalia in Leiden House.
-A University student reported on Nov. 15 leaving his backpack unattended at a computer terminal in the Hammer Lab and returned to find his iPod missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 15 in Twin Oaks after being found spray-painting his bedroom door.
-Three University students were issued summonses on Nov. 15 for disorderly conduct after throwing cones into the street in front of a police vehicle in front of the Netherlands complex and nearly caused a serious accident.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 16 in Estabrook Hall after it was reported that one roommate accused the other of having sex with his girlfriend, which incited an altercation.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 16 for possession of a pipe in Vander Poel Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 16 for hanging out a window to smoke a cigarette in Alliance Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 16 after University bookstore staff members reported watching an individual place two sweatshirts under his jacket and leave the bookstore without paying for them.
-A University custodial staff member reported on Nov. 16 that he found a swastika carved onto a stall door in the men’s room of Mason Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 16 after another student reported that her television was missing from her room in Twin Oaks and that she had been having problems with her suitemate. The television was later returned by the suitemate, who was issued the summons for her actions.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 18 for disorderly conduct after kicking doors on the sixth floor of Nassau Hall.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 18 after engaging in a physical altercation in Bill of Rights Hall with his girlfriend.
-Four University students were issued summonses on Nov. 18 for a noise violation. The students were found playing loud music and acting in a disorderly fashion in a room in Nassau Hall, and subsequently verbally harassed a Public Safety officer.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 18 in Twin Oaks for a noise violation.
-A University student reported on Nov. 18 that she had been receiving harassing phone calls from an unidentified male in her room in Republic Hall.
-A University student reported on Nov. 18 that he left his cell phone in a locker in the recreation center and when he returned, the phone was missing.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 18 after a female student reported him verbally harassing her while on the Blue Beetle returning to campus.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 19 for breaking off the swipe arm at the Oak Street entrance to campus after his HUID did not go through.
-Three University students were issued summonses on Nov. 20 in Leiden House for a controlled substance after the odor of marijuana was detected coming from their room.
-A University student reported on Nov. 20 that a blue BMW approached her as she was walking between Estabrook Hall and the Student Center. When the unidentified male commanded her to get into his vehicle, the student fled. An investigation into this matter is underway.
-A University student reported on Nov. 22 that an unknown person defaced her artwork on display in Caulkins Hall.
-Non-student, Sergio Uzurin, 20, of Elmherst, N.Y., was banned on Nov. 22 after exiting Nassau Hall through the fire exit.
-Non-student David Hess, 21, of Huntington Bay, N.Y., was found to have signed into a room in Nassau Hall without knowing the occupants. He was subsequently banned.
-A University student was issued a summons on Nov. 23 in Jamestown House for underage drinking and possession of alcohol and the actions of his guests. Non-students Nicholas Locascio, 19, of Howard Beach, N.Y., Patrick Cahill, 19, Gregory Gabriel, 19, of Williston Park, Patrick Gafney, 19, of Rosylin Heights, Nicholas Lourino, 19, and William Campagna, 19, of Mineola, were banned from campus.
-A University student was used a summons on Nov. 23 in Portsmouth House for the actions of his guest after several non-students had entered the building without presenting proper identification. Non-students, Patricia Brady, 18, and Stephanie Spatero, 18, both of Old Bethpage, Richard Deery, 18, of Commack, Taylor Lanham, 20, and William Rogers, 19, of East Northport were banned from campus.
-A University student reported on Nov. 25 in Bill of Rights Hall that she has been receiving telephone calls from an unidentified caller. Police assistance was declined, but the student requested her phone number be changed.
-A University student reported on Nov. 27 that she left a video camera in Hauser Hall and returned to find it had gone missing.
-Three non-students, Julieann Cortez, 22, of Central Islip, John Rojos, 21, of the Bronx, Francisco Lorenzo, 33, of Central Islip, were banned from campus after handing out fliers at the Student Center bus stop on Nov. 27.
