A University student reported his iPod stolen out of his vehicle parked at the north side of the Student Center on Oct. 16.

While trying to pass the barricades in her car on Oct. 15, an unidentified female driver tried to flee from Public Safety and rear-ended the Public Safety vehicle before speeding off campus.

Five University students received summonses on Oct. 15 when they were found in the back of a van on Colonial Drive smoking marijuana.

A University student attempting to enter the campus via bicycle on Oct. 15 received a summons when he fled from Public Safety without showing his ID.

A University student reported on Oct. 17 that when she returned to her vehicle in the Nassau/Suffolk parking lot, her GPS and radio systems were stolen and the dashboard was damaged.

A University student received a summons on Oct. 16 when he refused to swipe into Hammer Lab.

A University student called public safety when he returned to his room on Oct. 17 to find his roommate in his bed with a female. When he told his roommate to get out of the bed, the roommate became irate and threatened to break his jaw. The roommate received a summons for his actions.

Five University students received summonses for failure to comply on Oct. 18 when they refused to open the door during a suspected beer-pong party in Nassau Hall. Rebekah Margolis, 18, of Allentown, Penn., and Tim Hoffman, 19, of Andover, Mass., were banned from campus.

A University student reported that when he returned to his car at Liberty/Republic on Oct. 19, his window was smashed and his GPS unit was stolen.

A University student reported that when she returned to her vehicle parked at Liberty/Republic on Oct. 19, the window was smashed and her radio was stolen.

A University student reported that she has been receiving sexually harassing phone calls from an unidentified caller on Oct. 19.

A University student received a summons on Oct. 21 when he was smoking marijuana in Amsterdam House.

A University student received a summons when a bong and a large megaphone were found in his Nassau Hall room on Oct. 21 during fire and safety inspections.

Two University students received summonses on Oct. 21 when marijuana was found in their Portsmouth House room during health and safety inspections.

A University student received a summons on Oct. 21 when a bong and sprinkler heads being covered with plastic bags were found during health and safety inspections.

A University student reported the hood ornament from his Mercedes stolen twice in the last two weeks from different parking lots.

A University student reported that when he returned to his car in Parking Field 7 on Oct. 22, he discovered his windshield was smashed.
