Two University students received appearance summonses for trespassing after they climbed over a wall to enter the Netherlands on Oct. 27.

A University staff member reported finding a man passing out flyers illegally in Breslin Hall on Oct. 27. When the staffer approached the man, he got into his car and left.

A University student received an appearance summons for possession of drug paraphernalia in Hempstead House on Oct. 27.

A University secretary reported receiving harassing phone calls in Calkins Hall on Oct. 28.

A University staff member reported the left rear bumper of her 2002 Dodge was damaged when she parked it near Barnard Hall on Oct. 28. Public Safety notified Nassau County Police.

A University student received an appearance summons for distributing flyers in Nassau and Suffolk Halls on Oct. 28.

A University student received an appearance summons for disruptive condition, verbal abuse and failure to comply after he pulled into the University Club parking lot and would not move his car when a Public Safety officer instructed him to do so on Oct. 28.

A limo driver was warned about University policy after he drove past an entrance without showing identification on Oct. 28.

Non-student Marie Pentzich, of Massapequa, N.Y., was banned from campus for handing out Green Party flyers in the Student Center on Oct. 29.

A University student received an appearance summons for harassing another student and threatening to damage her car on Oct. 29.

A University student reported her bike was damaged after she left it in the lounge of Salem House on Oct. 29.

A University student received an appearance summons for possession of marijuana in Alliance Hall on Oct. 29.

Non-student Matthew McNally, of Riverhead, N.Y., was banned from campus for reckless driving and verbally abusing a Public Safety officer on Oct. 29.

A University student reported he lost his keys and cell phone at a United Artists theater in Westbury, N.Y. on Oct. 29.

Six University students received appearance summonses for underage drinking in the Nassau/Suffolk complex on Oct. 30.

Two University student received appearance summonses and non-student Scott Lambert, 24, of Saranac Lake, N.Y., was banned from campus for disruptive condition, failure to comply and verbal abuse in Twin Oaks on Oct. 30.

A University student received an appearance summons for verbally abusing a roommate in Gronnigan House on Oct. 30.

A University student reported several items were taken from her room, including a Coach bag and Glamorous perfume, in Constitution Hall on Oct. 30.

A Public Safety officer observed graffiti pertaining to the Red Sox at the entrance of New York House on Oct. 30.

A University student reported $95 was stolen from her wallet after she left her bag unattended in the law library on Oct. 30.

A University coach reported seeing someone near his car on Oct. 30. When the coach approached the car, the unidentified man fled and the coach found his clipboard and money on the ground.

Public Safety officers stopped a man who was carrying a woman over his shoulder, walking past the Public Safety office on California Avenue on Oct. 31. Public Safety identified the woman, who was intoxicated, as a student and brought her back to her room. The man, who turned out to be one of her friends, was sent home.

A University student received an appearance summons for harassing another student in the Netherlands on Oct. 31.

Non-student John Masiello, 31, of Westbury, N.Y., was banned from campus for sitting in the Student Center with binoculars without a reason at 1 a.m. on Oct. 31.

Five University students received appearance summonses for disruptive condition after disregarding a request to turn down their music in Alliance Hall on Oct. 31.

Three University students received appearance summonses for failing to leave the Nassau/Suffolk complex after a fire alarm was maliciously activated on Oct. 31.

A College Republicans member reported a stack of their newspaper, Freedom, was removed from a stand in Calkins Hall and thrown in the trash on Nov. 1.

The dean of Axinn Library reported receiving a harassing letter on Nov. 1.

A University student reported on Nov. 1 that another student falsely accused him of harassing her, causing him to receive two appearance summonses.

A University student reported her side view mirror was broken off between Oct. 29 and Nov. 1 when she left it parked near Hofstra USA.

Non-student Timothy Ellison, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was banned from campus for harassing his ex-girlfriend in a parking lot near Suffolk Hall on Nov. 1.

A University student reported her room was trashed with garbage on her bed, her clothes were soaked in Sprite and her roommate’s possessions were gone from the room in Hempstead House on Nov. 1.

A University student and a former student received appearance summonses for disruptive condition and failure to comply when they climbed a fence to enter campus on Nov. 2.

A University professor reported finding flyers for a bar in a classroom in Breslin Hall on Oct. 2.

A University student reported her car was keyed in the Netherlands north parking lot on Nov. 2.

A University student received an appearance summons for entering campus without swiping identification, then verbally abusing a Public Safety officer on Nov. 3.
