Police arrested student Andrew Goodhart, 19, for third-degree criminal possession of marijuana in 111 Nassau Hall on Sept. 24. A Public Safety officer found over 15 ounces of the drug-which amounts to a class E felony-in Goodhart’s room at about 9 p.m. Police took Goodhart to the third precinct and the University suspended him. His roommate also received an appearance summons for possession of marijuana.
