About

The Hofstra Chronicle is Hofstra University's only independent, student-run newspaper. We publish an issue every Tuesday evening during the academic year. The goal of our publication is to give a voice to students, while keeping the Hofstra community informed as we have since 1935. The Chronicle is located in Room 203 of the Student Center at 200 Hofstra University, Hempstead N.Y. 11549.

The paper is made up of five content sections: News, Sports, Opinion, Arts and Entertainment and Features. Each section has its own editor(s) who put together layout every Monday evening. We also have copyediting, multimedia and social media teams that are vital to our team's success. If you are interested in joining one of our sections, please fill out the form in the footer of this page.

Our management and publication is overseen by the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement located at 244 Student Center, Hofstra University.

If you would like to put an advertisement in one of our issues or on our website, please see our Advertise With Us page.
