Two University students received appearance summonses for possession of alcohol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Tilberg House on Sept. 16.

An elevator door was knocked off its track in Suffolk Hall on Sept. 16.

A University student reported his red 1998 Pathfinder’s windshield was broken in the parking lot of Netherlands North on Sept. 16.

Non-students Darwin Smith, 20, of Chapel Hill, NC, Ian Spula, 23, of Rochester, N.Y., and Joshua McCarty, 24, of Lafayette, Ind., were banned from campus for distributing fl yers near the Student Center on Sept. 16.

Public Safety received a report of a student shooting a BB gun in the Colonial Square quad on Sept. 16, but the individual was not found.

An unidentified non-student was punched in the eye and fell back and hit his head following an altercation with a male student about a female student he accompanied back to campus on Sept. 17.

Non-students Andrew Nigri, 20, of Bellport, NY, Joseph Morris, 21, of Farmingdale, NY, Justin Santillo, 20, of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., and Louis Castiglione, 20, of Holbrook, N.Y., were banned from campus for climbing the fence on Oak Street near Liberty and Republic halls on Sept. 17.

Public Safety received a call about a suspicious man in a car outside The Diane Lindner-Goldberg Child Care Institute on Sept. 17. Public Safety approached the man, who then left the area.

A University student received an appearance summons for attempting to steal a loaf of bread from Dutch Treats on Sept. 17.

A University faculty member reported a laptop missing from Davison Hall on Sept. 17. _ A University staff member reported her vehicle was hit by a truck while it was parked near the loading dock outside the Student Center on Sept. 17.

Non-student Adrien Edwish, of Uniondale, was banned from campus for calling a Public Safety officer a racial slur after she attempted to enter the University twice and was turned away on Sept. 17.

A University student and non-students Richard Selden, 20, of Lloyd Harbor, N.Y., and David Aaron, 21, of Cold Springs Harbor, N.Y., were arrested for assaulting another student on Oak Street on Sept. 18. The injured student was treated and released from Nassau University Medical Center.

A University student reported her vehicle’s antenna was bent and passenger side mirror was broken in the parking lot near Vander Poel Hall on Sept. 18.

A University student received an appearance summons for hanging a disco ball from his sprinkler, which broke the sprinkler head off, caused it to spurt water and set the fi re alarm off in the New Residence Complex on Sept. 18.

Non-student Kevin McDonaugh, of Islip, N.Y., was banned from campus for verbally abusing a resident safety representative in Colonial Square on Sept. 19.

Non-students Kyle Cohen, 18, Michael Gaglione, 18, and Nicholas Thaelmin, 19, and a minor, all of Hicksville, NY, were banned from campus for causing a disturbance near C.V. Starr Hall on Sept. 19.

A University student reported her red 2000 Honda was stolen from outside Estabrook Hall on Sept. 19.

Non-students Michael Kramer, 18, of Levittown, NY, and Rocco Tenebrusco, 18, of Westbury, NY were banned from campus for falsely activating the emergency call box behind C.V. Starr Hall on Sept. 19.

A University student received an appearance summons for activating the fire alarm in Alliance Hall with a lit candle on Sept. 20.

Public Safety responded to a report of a student yelling profanities in Davison Hall on Sept. 20, but did not find the student.

A University student received an appearance summons for falsely using a faculty-parking sticker in the parking lot near Breslin Hall on Sept. 21.

A University student reported a woman punched and shattered her vehicle’s window after she took a parking spot they were both vying for on Sept. 21. Public Safety tracked down the license plate number, and sent a notice to the owner, but did not find the woman.
