A University student received an appearance summons for downloading copyrighted material in Amsterdam House on March 22.
Two University students received appearance summonses for possession of a four-and-a-half-foot bong in Constitution Hall on March 23.
Non-student Sarina Argentino, of Elmont, NY, was banned from campus for leaving with her impounded car and not coming back to pay the fine on March 23. He later received another appearance summons for attempting to retrieve his car after it was impounded again on March 26.
A University student received an appearance summons for downloading copyrighted material in Constitution Hall on March 24.
A University student received an appearance summons for illegally removing his car from the impound lot on March 24.
A University student received an appearance summons for illegally downloading copyrighted material in Enterprise Hall on March 25.
A University student received an appearance summons for illegally downloading copyrighted material in Alliance Hall on March 25.
A University administrator reported extension cords, power strips and Dell power cords from University College Hall on March 25.

A University student was issued an appearance summons for actions of her guests, Jessie Nizewitz, 18, of Plainview, NY and Matthew Bosco, 19, of Plainview, NY who were banned from campus for walking in and out of other students’ rooms on March 25.
A trashcan was set on fire on the first floor of Suffolk Hall on March 25. The fire was immediately extinguished and no one was injured.
A University student reported there was a large dent in the rear passenger side door and her bumper was hanging to the ground after she parked her vehicle near the Recreation Center on March 25.
A University employee reported finding derogatory graffiti in a men’s room of Memorial Hall on March 25.
A University student received an appearance summons for actions of guests, Daniel Gomez, who was arrested, Christopher Spira, 19, of Melville, NY, Brandon Falk, 19, of Manorville, NY, Christine Flynn, 19, of Dix Hills, NY, Andrew Heightner, 19, of Dix Hills, NY, and C.W. Bohland, 18, of Melville, NY who were banned from campus for vandalizing an elevator in 21 Manor on March 25.
A University student received an appearance summons for having an altercation in the parking lot of Colonial Square on March 25.
Non-student Jessie Nizewitz, 18, of Plainview, NY, was banned from campus on March 30 for being on campus after being banned on March 25.
Non-students Lloyd Bailey, 20, of Corona, NY, Desean Burke, 19, of Corona, NY, Cooper Johnson, 21, of Rego Park, NY, and Brendan Burke, 20, of Corona, NY were banned from campus for disturbing the performance of the step team at Adams Playhouse on March 26.
Four unidentified non-students were involved in an altercation in the parking lot near Adams Playhouse on March 26. One non-student pulled out a weapon on two of the other non-students and stole one of the non-students’ earrings and watch, then left with the other non-student.
A University student reported someone broke into her vehicle and stole her car stereo, radar detector and CDs in the parking lot of Netherlands North on March 26.
Non-student Cesar Fabiani, 20, of Rego Park, NY, was banned from campus for threatening students he was visiting in New York House on March 26.
A University student reported the side view mirrors of her grey 1999 Mercury Contour were damaged in the parking lot near the law school on March 26.
A University student reported receiving harassing phone calls in Suffolk Hall on March 26.
Non-student Jace Alexander, of Waterville, MN, was banned from campus for attempting to enter Hofstra USA from a rear entrance on March 27.
Non-student Donald Mullings, 23, of New Rochelle, NY, and Roger McClean, 23, of Bronx, NY, were banned from campus for refusing to leave the entrance of Hofstra USA after being denied admission on March 27.
Non-students Eric Blocksidge, 19, of Lloyd Harbor, NY, and Peter Predun, 18, of Cold Spring Harbor, NY were banned from campus for ripping down emergency exit signs in Suffolk Hall on March 27.
A University student reported the window of his 96 Subaru Legacy was broken outside Suffolk Hall on March 27.
A fire alarm was pulled in Norwich House on March 28.
Non-students Gene Valdimir, 21, of Massapequa, NY, and Jeffrey Smith, 20, of Westbury, NY, were banned from campus for climbing a fence to get into campus on March 28.
Two minors were banned from campus for stealing golf carts near the new Unispan on March 28.

A University student reported clothes and CDs were missing from her room in Twin Oaks on March 28.
A University student reported her 1996 Honda Accord LX was stolen from the parking lot near the Science Building on March 29.
