BaseballFreshman Charlie Frago pitched a complete game in the first of a double-header sweep against Quinnipiac. Frago (2-1) scattered six hits and allowed one run in seven innings of a 16-4 win. David Huth pitched the second game of the double-dip, striking out three over six innings to improve to 1-2.
Men’s LacrosseSophomore middie Ryan Vilar had career highs in goals (three) and assists (two) in the Pride’s 13-6 loss to top-ranked Johns Hopkins. Goalie Matt Southard also recorded 19 saves.
Women’s LacrosseBecky Thrown scored three goals in the Pride’s 10-8 victory over the University of Massachusetts March 9. She added two goals in the Pride’s 11-9 victory over Cornell and Mary Romano added four goals.

Women’s BasketballThe Pride lost in the quarterfinals of the CAA, 72-61, against Virginia Commonwealth and did so by misfiring from all cylinders. The Pride shot 21 of 63 (33 percent) from the floor and missed 12 of 28 free throws. As for three-pointers, the Pride hit just 3 of 13 from downtown.
