Makenzie Hurt, a senior majoring in English with a minor in journalism, hopes to build a dynamic career in the communications field. She currently leads as the Editor-in-Chief of The Hofstra Chronicle, following her previous roles as secretary and Opinion editor. She has also worked as The Chronicle’s social media manager.
