Dear Hofstra Drama Department,
Last night’s performance of A Little Night Music was wonderful. Seeing every member of the cast on stage knocked me out. Each of the actors, singers, and dancers were superb. To hear Sondheim at Adams amazed me. My wife Dianne and I are both Hofstra graduates, and so we began to watch presentations at Adams Playhouse in the1960s. Memories of seeing Tank Passuello, Mike Mislove, Madeleine Kahn, Margaret Mead, Adlai Stevenson, Senator Kennedy, and many others at Adams flood my mind every time I attend a play at Adams. Thank you so much for providing tremendous works of art at your theatre. Please congratulate each and every one connected with the production of A Little Night Music including the Director, the Music Director, the Choreographer and your Department Chair for Dianne and myself.
