Four females became involved in a verbal altercation outside of Popeye’s on April 9. Non-student, Lindsey Eberhardt, punched one student in the nose. Eberhardt attempted to flee the scene but was caught by a PSO. The Hempstead Police were notified, but no charges were pressed.
A female Lackmann employee complained that she was verbally abused and threatened by a male Lackmann employee on April 9. The male employee no longer works for Lackmann.
A marijuana pipe was confiscated from a room in Vander Poel Hall during health and safety inspections on April 9. The two occupants of the room were given summonses.
Kurtis Smith was seen attempting to climb over the fence on Oak Street on April 9 by a PSO. Smith was taken to the HIC and banned from campus.
“ACE RANDOM” was written with graffiti on the unispan several times. A PSO observed this on April 10, the plant department was notified and the graffiti was cleaned up.
Staten Island residents, Alexis Irizarry, Richard Potestio and Hannah Spisto were banned from campus on April 11. The Resident Director of Delft House heard loud music coming from a room and knocked on the door, a strong scent of marijuana was coming from the room. The residents of the room were given summonses.
$88 worth of short and long sleeve shirts were taken from the Mack Sports Complex sometime between April 8 and 12. An investigation is being conducted.
